United Way of the Southern Tier Welcomes
new Resource Development Coordinator
CORNING, NY, July, 2009 – United Way of the Southern Tier recently welcomed Laura Deyo to the position of Resource Development Coordinator.
In her new role Deyo will be responsible for fundraising, providing volunteer coordination and public relations.
Deyo previously worked for Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester as Assistant Director for Student Services in the Housing Operations department.
While working for RIT, Deyo chaired the RIT United Way Campaign and the campaign committee received United Way's 2008 President's Award. Additionally, she was an associate board member for Gilda's Club of Rochester.
