Donations can be made online or by mail to help those impacted by flash flooding in Steuben County.

Elmira, NY 14902

Please note "Steuben County FRF" or "Steuben County Flood Relief" in the check memo line.

All donations to United Way of the Southern Tier for the Fund will be fully invested in flood relief with no monies withheld for administrative costs.
