CORNING – Elmira native Brenda M Bomysoad has joined United Way of the Southern Tier as Annual Giving Manager.

Bomysoad will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with area workplaces to further the mission of United Way of the Southern Tier to improve the quality of life for every person and every family in our community.

Prior to joining the staff of United Way of the Southern Tier, Bomysoad was Director of Client Relationship Management and Services, Americas, for Burberry, a British, luxury fashion brand, in New York City. She is also a certified integrative nutrition coach and owner and founder of B Empowered B Well.

“I’m thrilled to join the United Way of the Southern Tier and look forward to partnering with area workplaces where together we will work toward improving the quality of life for those in our community – especially children, seniors and our neediest neighbors,” Bomysoad said.
