United Way of the Southern Tier gears up for 2024 Tour de Keuka
February 27, 2024:
Registration is open for United Way of the Southern Tier’s 2024 Tour de Keuka bike ride fundraiser, which will take place Saturday, August 3, around Keuka Lake. The title sponsor for this year’s event is Kennedy Valve.
“Tour de Keuka is a ride, not a race, and that makes it a special event for cycling enthusiasts who get to meet fellow riders from around the country and view beautiful scenery all while supporting our community,” said Stephen Hughes, President and CEO of United Way of the Southern Tier.
Bicyclists select a course distance (45-, 60- or 100-miles, or virtual), pay a registration fee, and commit to fundraising at least $150 for United Way of the Southern Tier. Registration is $30 until April 26, when the fee will increase to $40.
Each rider receives an event T-shirt and a finisher award. Participants who raise $350 or more also receive an exclusive 2024 Tour de Keuka cycling jersey.
